4 OCT 2024 - ART GALLERY VISIT

As part of our B.Ed curriculum, we visited the Sri Chithra Art Gallery and Napier Museum in Thiruvananthapuram. It was a memorable and enriching experience. The highlight of the visit was seeing the stunning paintings of Raja Ravi Varma. His lifelike portrayals and mythological themes truly stood out. The gallery also displayed works by other famous artists and traditional Indian art forms, giving us a deeper appreciation for our cultural heritage. The Napier Museum, with its antique collections and beautiful architecture, added to the charm of the visit.

The trip was both educational and inspiring, helping us understand the value of art in teaching and learning.
